"I had a terrible experience with this car mechanic shop. I had given my car for denting and painting work on the bumper and left fender, but when I went to collect it, I was shocked to find that my front windshield was broken and the car’s interior was in a very pathetic condition. Although they replaced the windshield for free, the entire process and their attitude were extremely unprofessional. The GoMechanic buddy assigned to me, Sandeep, was the most unprofessional and irresponsible person I have ever dealt with. I ended up losing both time and money because of their negligence and poor service --- completely unprofessional and not worth your peace of mind."

"Yesterday, my car was successfully brought to my home, and today I personally checked it and was startled to find no footstep papers attached to it, as well as rat potty still not cleaned from the engine and dashboard (very irritated). The viper pressure is insufficient to clean the windshield. Price for repair may be lower, and I'm shocked that go mechanic is still not fully evolved and involved with technology, as technicians were unable to check ECM due to a lack of scanning machines and were sent outside to be checked and repaired. I was quite dissatisfied, and the conclusion came at a hefty cost to me. whether it was truly mended or if I was duped."
